Our policy is valid for 100 days. Unfortunately, if 100 days have passed since the purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a refund, the item must be unused and in the same state you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of products are not refundable. Easy goods such as food, flowers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products for intimate or sanitary use, hazardous products or flammable gases or liquids.
Other items that cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Download software
- Some health products and personal hygiene
To make a refund, you must present a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not return the purchased goods to the manufacturer.
Returns should be sent to the address in France. Details of the return address will be provided after contacting us by e-mail.
There are some situations in which only a partial refund will be granted: (in appropriate cases)
- Books with visible traces of use.
- CDs, DVDs, VHS cassettes, software, video games, cassette cassettes or vinyl records that have been opened.
- All items that are not in the original condition are damaged or they lack parts for reasons that are not caused by an error on our part.
- All items returned later than 100 days after delivery.
Phrases (in relevant cases)
After receiving and checking the returned goods, we will send an e-mail confirming its receipt. We will also inform you about our decision regarding the approval or rejection of a refund application.
If the application is approved, the refund will be processed and the loan will be automatically applied to the credit card or the original payment method within a certain number of days.
Delayed or missing returns (if concerned)
If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact the credit card exhibitor because there may be a delay before official reimbursement.
Then contact the bank. Before the return is posted, some time often has to pass.
